⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My guitar now gently weeps! 
I already had book 2 and had to get book 3 as soon as it came out. Anthony has continued his excellent work with this one.

I have been playing for probably three decades and have played round the world in various bands, usually seen as a great guitarist but being self taught I always heard my weaknesses and struggled to fully translate what was in my head into the fretboard. Anthony's books have changed that, I put the time into the excercises and properly read the reasons and thoughts behind them, it's made an immense difference to my playing.

You don't often have guitar books with as many words in, but the explanations really help and now the question should be "Why don't the other books do as much"

You want to improve? Get the series, simple as 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Well put together and thought-out with great practical examples 
This is a beast of a book and absolutely lives up to the "high intensity" name. It will probably leave you crying or sweating...or both, but will definitely leave you a more knowledgeable and better player (if you put the time in) .

It covers loads of techniques really comprehensively and each time the author gives you examples where you can hear the style or technique in real life so it's not just all stale theory like some other stuff I've seen.

There's a couple of touches in this book I really like. (Spoiler alert) At the end of the book the author has put together a bunch of practice routines to help you focus and use practice time efficiently. There is also a full length piece for each of the techniques in the book so you practice using the techniques in real music and not just smaller runs.

This book will keep me going for years. Well recommended 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Excellent guitar technique manual for development and understanding to an expert level 
I have recently purchased the third book in the series and like the previous 2 books does not disappoint, over 200 pages of advanced guitar technique! I have spent several months working through the first two books in which I have gained noticeable improvements and confidence in my technique, I am certain the third will not disappoint and look forward to the challenge. The concepts are clearly explained with plenty of practical examples. I have previously purchased other books, however what I find with this series is the ease of use and clear explanations of sometimes complicated concepts. Highly recommended and should be part of every aspiring and experienced guitarists collection! 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Last in a great trilogy, book 3 
I was sceptical when I bought book 1 however, having progressed through it and bought book 2 which is a natural follow on from book 1 in terms of progression! When book 3 came out I started exactly as I did with book 1 not skiping pages etc just following the natural course. I would suggest you start with book 1 followed by books 2 and 3!
Fantastic trilogy of guitar learning books, fully recommended. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ultimate advanced technique guide
Building on Anthony's first two books this is the final volume aimed at intermediate / advanced players. This is not a series targeted at any one genre and the techniques detailed inside are just as applicable to a humble blues guitarist like me as to the shredding fraternity. The one thing that more than any other sets these books apart from the competition is their readability - they are much much more than a book of exercises in tab format. Book Three is I think the best of the bunch - there is a huge amount of challenge and future development available here.

Highly recommended.

 This book is a real tour-de-force and absolutely essential to any advancing guitarist’s bookshelf. It’s crammed full of approaches to lead techniques and how to practice them, while bursting with examples which will keep you busy for years to come. Highly recommended. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This book explains all you need to know about how to have great guitar technique.
A well thought out book with plenty of usable examples. Recommended to all guitar nuts. 

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Technique Mastery
The book takes you through a lot of advanced techniques in detail, explaining how to perform and perfect them. It's all supported with a range of tabs which traverse the fretboard. It goes a long way in taking your technique and playing to a whole new level very quickly. Would recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Like awesome Berklee books!
I have the second and third books and they are incredible and I am seeing huge progress!
